Before we meet, you might like to know….

A little more about me!

Lindsay J. Faber, LMHC, LMFT, QS

I am both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida. I am also a Qualified Supervisor that can provide supervision and training to Registered Mental Health Counseling interns that are actively pursuing their state licensure.

I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Family, Youth, and Community Sciences with a specialization in Human Services from the University of Florida in 2014 and obtained my Masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in 2017.

After that, I provided intensive, in-home therapeutic services and case coordination to youth in Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care for several years during my registered clinical internship prior to becoming licensed to practice individually in 2020. Since then, I have actively provided individualized care to children, adults, and families in private practice.

I now have 7 consecutive years of practice in the field of mental health counseling!

I approach treatment with a warm, playfully interactive, yet direct disposition! I strive to help my clients identify root causes of their presenting concerns and I work collaboratively with them and their identified supports to navigate alternative pathways that can lead them to safe, adaptive, desired outcomes.

While an individual’s journey can feel tumultuous at times, I believe a person can successfully adapt and build the resiliency to weather life’s storms and achieve their goals utilizing a combination of their already-existing skillsets, interpersonal support, and therapeutic intervention.

I can’t wait to meet you!
